The Meadows at Roxbury
The Meadows at Roxbury is a lovely suburban neighborhood located in the Ledgewood area of Roxbury Twp. There are 240 homes in the community, which is set up as a condominium. There are 3 different floor plans, 2 of which are multi-level town homes and one which is a Ranch style unit. The Meadows is very close to Routes 10 & 46, offering convenient access to regional highways and especially Route 80, making it convenient for commuting. There are also numerous shopping areas on Route 10 just outside the community, including a Shop-Rite supermarket, Walmart, Kohls, Barnes & Noble bookstore, fast food, gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and other services. The brand new Ledgewood Commons outdoor shopping mall is under construction right across the street from the community. Units in The Meadows will soon be walkable to a new assortment of shops, services, restaurants, etc.
